  • Plain and simple this is an amazing hotel with service that goes above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Cleveland area. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they also offer a lot of perks to their guests. When we arrived they gave each guest 3 free drink tickets for happy hour which we definitely took advantage of. They also informed us of various events happening during the weekend and even free tickets to some of them. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with great views of the city. Highly recommend!
