  • I had two exceptional experiences with the reps at this store and two horrible experiences with the neighboring Verizon reps. Long story short, my wife and I were looking to get off one family plan through Verizon and one family plan with AT&T and onto our own. We were pretty much indifferent to which service we had as long as were were now on our own plan. So, Verizon and AT&T each had a fair crack at earning our business. The first time we were at Verizon the rep admitted that she was about to fall asleep and from what I could tell she wasn't joking. The second time we were greeted by a friendly new employee who only asked us to please wait for a salesperson while she was playing on her phone. How about faking it a little to try to get excited about new electronic? When a salesperson became available he just data dumped info on us and confused the shit out of me. I just nodded my head in agreement so that we could get out of there and to to AT&T. These people can't close. We wen't back to AT&T and were disappointed that the rep that helped us a month ago wasn't there. She did such a good job that I felt compelled to give her our business. We were pleasantly surprised with Peter T. He took a few minutes to hear us out and evaluate our needs. Holy crap is this guy helpful! He went out of his way to get us the best deal available and even pulled a couple strings so that we qualified for a special offer we were given by Uverse. We never felt like we were being steered or sold and once we decided to move forward he simply took care of the rest. We didn't even know what was happening and Peter had Verizon on one phone, Uverse on the other phone, and was setting up the new service on his tablet. Even after the sale was done, he spent extra time helping us save additionally on our Uverse and even gave us his cell number fur future reference. He was also such a genuine and likable person on top of it all. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience and my wife and I both got a good laugh at how feeble the Verizon team was. If I ever saw Peter out and about I would pick up his bar tab.
