This is by far one of the best buffet I've had at Vegas on the strip. It is located in Cesar palace hotel and casino section. If you end up at the mall section of the resort just walk over and you'll be able to find it with the signs and everything.
Getting a seat here is easy, but the wait can be very long. Depending on the time, that's the food they are serving. I usually like to go for dinner because they do add more variety to the buffet, such as oysters and crab legs.
I went during their "brunch" time and paid roughly around 50 something. This buffet has so much choices and it's all fresh. My favorite things on here would be the dessert and the seafood section. Their Mexican "street tacos" is super good! Totally love it!
I can't emphasize on how great the dessert is. The best dessert I do love is the rice pudding. Another great thing is something called Thai bubble. It's ice cream with chocolate bark and I think some dessert pearls.
I totally recommend coming here for dessert, esp during dinner.
