I agree with all of the previous comments. I would say that the style of the instructors varies considerably. Styles are reflected in the amount of adhoc new age pontificating, the taste in music, and the overall pace of the class. There are some teachers for whom the practice is like an aerobics class out of the 80s including Bad Company playing in the background. Also, why does John Mayer appear to be the go to music for so many Yogis. Other teachers love to make up all kinds of metaphors on the spot to illustrate some pseudo-buddist insight like, "Your body is like a river that can be cleansed by leaving your mind." Of course it's hard to leave your mind when someone's talking all the time about how you should leave your mind. Anyway, it's a good work out but keep in mind that the teachers vary considerably in style and approach.
