I normally tan at the east Mesa location and every once in awhile at the south Tempe location. The customer service is usually excellent but today when I went to the south Tempe location the girl (Nicki) was a condescending pain in the ass. My June membership went through on my expired card and my usual Mesa location updated it to my new card for me. Today was the first time I've tanned in Tempe since then. Sunchain's computer systems still don't communicate with each other (yes, it's 2016) so I understand that they have to call to verify my membership. BUT the way Nicky phrased it was a little rude and insulting. She asked the Mesa location to verified that I paid off my balance and told me she "just had to cover her butt".
Then she asked if I had a lotion and she asked to see it!! I told her no one has ever asked to see my lotion and she tells me that she's the "lotion trainer" and that it effects how she has to clean the bed. WTH?? So apparently not only does she think I'm trying to tan on an over-due membership but also I'm going to use some contraband lotion lol
Maybe Sunchain could put the money they spend having a lotion trainer into upgrading their system.
