  • Was referred to this place not for their customer service, but their location. Went there to get fitted for uniforms. Not much of a selection unless you're from LVFR/CCFD/HFD. They had only one set of uniforms in my size which I purchased and were measured for alterations and patch placement. Was told I would be contacted within a week when they were ready for pick up which never happened. When I called to check the status I was met with attitude and told that I "misunderstood" the instructions I was given when I came in a week earlier. I was told that they were still waiting on a shipment from Workrite and that the uniforms I tried on belonged to someone else even though I was fitted and measured with unmarked uniforms from the display rack. I think that this place is not dedicated to the type of business that they're looking to keep, meaning that they should keep more bench stock especially if they're supposedly used to dealing with multiple large agencies. Will definitely be going to American Shooters from now on.
