  • The absolute worst experience of my entire business career!!!! I will never use them again for anything. I signed up for the business internet and this guy John Paul somehthing or another never told me I was in a 1 year contract for $99 bucks a month. Now i knew it was $99 a month but 5 months later when my biz was closing its doors they said sorry your going out of business but your in a contract. The woman there Sara that helped me was great, but the rest of those guys are a complete joke, everything from the install to the customer service.......I would say if your looking around for internet services for your business than do not get cox......they absoultely suck!!!
