  • Not very happy with this law group. I hired them to handle my bankruptcy. Their 2 female receptions need a lesson in communication 101!!! the step by step process was not explained fully to me so I never knew what was happening next. The icing on the cake was that I went into the office in person to pay off my balance was given a receipt then several weeks later a deduction from my checking account (that was how I originally had it set up) !!! When I went in to pay off my balance, I specifically asked the receptionist "are you sure its documented so the payment is not removed from checking account for December". She said yes. Just overall not good customer service. I would not use them again.
