  • Yogurt Time was honestly the worst service my friends and I have ever received. And it's a yogurt place. Self-serve yogurt is supposed to make you happy. First off, we were asked if we wanted sample cups by the female worker and we politely declined, which must have annoyed her enough to roll her eyes and mouth "Whatever." At least try to be discreet. Rude. Second, her and the other male worker continued to laugh at us until we confronted them about their behavior; In which case they hid in the back the rest of the time. Make your customers feel comfortable, not as if they're a burden.
