  • 5 stars for the Henderson location. Facts: My son's insurance is HPN and the only HMO pediatric orthopedic doctor they will refer is Dr. Thomas. I did not want to take my son to Nevada Ortho & Spine due to all the bad reviews. Today, I have to admit the facility, the nursing staff, the reception staff, the intake nurse...everyone was amazing. Furthermore, the location is absolutely gorgeous. Dr. Thomas was attentive, thorough, and was crystal clear on what treatment my son needed. Only negative (but doesn't impact the treatment) is everyone is absolutely correct about the appointment scheduling personnel. I would re vamp that area. Crystal was helpful. Brenda was rude and could care less about any questions you may have regarding the appointment.
