  • I HAD a monthly express membership that washed the outside only. I just went in and wanted to upgrade my wash that day because I was busy and didn't want to vacuum myself. I was very clear that I wanted to upgrade just today to the basic wash. When I went inside to pay turns out they changed my membership completely to the most expensive wash plan and then when I cleared that up they still charged me for the most expensive wash for that day. Which I didn't want! Very irritated and didn't seem like the woman at the front desk cared whatsoever that I was upset. Let's see how much my credit card gets charged from now on.
