  • This place is great!! Trapped Cleveland is the only escape room I've experienced, but I think its safe to say that it's one of the best out there. We've been to this place 3 times already (in the last month)!! Customer service - is fantastic. You work directly with the guys that own the place, they are honest and there to help you have fun. We didn't get the Black Friday 2nd email for the two free passes, and they confirmed our purchase date and re-sent the two free passes, no questions asked. All the workers love their job, are excited to work with you, and have fun while they do it! I mean, they watch you on camera, and probably laugh the whole time. The experience - you're first set up with a video, then an little into on how your specific room works. Then, you're in and on your own!! It's amazing how creative these rooms are, how each clue leads to a new task, puzzles, riddles, games -- it's very challenging! You need to stay organized, and communicate to each other. That's about all I can say about that. They definitely put A LOT of work into these rooms. Everything is home made by the owners, and designed by the owners themselves. I'm impressed with the quality of the rooms, the tasks in the rooms, and the entire room. You'll have a lot to talk about when you leave.
