rev:text	About the 3rd of August I arrived at this salon for my appointment with Robert Lopez. After sitting in the waiting area for over a half hour, Robert finally brought me back. I have to say that I have never had my hair colored at a salon the way Robert colored it. I have had it colored the same way at home in my bathroom though. Robert took me back to the sink, and washed my hair. Then he left and came back with a bowl of color and right there at the wash tub, he basically scooped the color from the bowl took his fingers and rubbed it all of my hair, I sat under the drier for 20 minutes, rinsed and I was done. It took him less then 5 minutes to apply the color. The whole reason I went to see Robert was because I needed my hair dyed to the exact color of my clip in hair extension because I needed to wear them two days later when I danced on stage with Kid Rock in front of 15,000 fans. My hair when it was done was about 7 shades darker then my extensions and looked aweful with them. When i said something to Robert about how off the color was, he said not to worry, the color was going to drastically fade in the next two shampoos. If it didnt fade enough, just wash it in the hottest water I could stand, and it will lighten up a lot. Well now here I sit almost one month later. My hair has been in the ocean, the swimming pool, and about 30 hot showers and it is still about 5 shades too dark to wear with my extensions. Not only was my appointment a disappointment, it was a waste of time and money. I could have gotten better results in my own bathroom with a box of the shelf from safeway!!!
