  • 40 minutes and counting for a refill on water and to even order any food. The rest of the table got their drinks, other tables (seated after us) got their drinks and ordered. Finally after 45 minutes and asking twice the water glass was refill...once. It seems there is a policy against leaving a pitcher at the table, so a no win situation. We ordered 70 minutes after being seated. Our food came 25 minutes later. We asked for our check and said we need to leave right now. 15 minutes later we got our cards back. The food...mediocre steak (overcooked, ordered medium and first cut showed no pink at all) with 5 small potato wedges. Certainly not worth the $25 paid. Sad to say, but better service can be had at any fast food joint and Outback can at least get the temperature right.
