| - AMAZING: My Mam and sister came to visit from Ireland to help me find my dress. I booked Kleinfield's mainly for the experience as I had been told the experience is great there but the price point is on the high end (Didn't think I would find anything in my budget). I was apprehensive going here because of the prestige and was afraid they would laugh at my budget. We booked an appointment on a Tuesday evening. My Mam, sister and friend came to the appointment with me. We arrived, checked in and were seated. Our consultant Elizabeth greeted us and brought us into the showroom, she asked if we wanted to be seated in the changing room area or out on the floor. We chose the floor. Once seated she went through everything - what I had tried on, what I liked/disliked, asked me for photos, what the venue was like, what my Fiancé is like. We were brought a little tray of mini Klienfield water bottles - so cute. Elizabeth explained that what was out on the floor sample wise was only a small selection versus what they have in the back. Even though my budget was modest she wanted us to go around and point out what we liked/didn't like in styles, fabrics etc. At no point did I feel bad for having a modest budget. The change rooms are fab - double doors, spacious, loads of seating. Elizabeth selected a range of dresses from the back and she really brought it dresses that were what I had described and pointed out. She was great helping me in and out of the dresses and covering me with a Kleinfield robe in-between each dress! She couldn't do enough to help me feel great, giving me the pads to enhance cleavage etc. The store was quiet but I felt like the most important person there. Elizabeth was great, not pushy and I felt like she gave her honest opinion on each dress - she didn't just tell me I looked amazing in them all. My entourage loved one of the dresses so we retried it on, Elizabeth put on a veil and even gave me a little bouquet to hold. When we said 'yes to the dress', they brought out a round of bubbly for everyone and took a photo of us all. The manager came and brought me back to the changing room and took my measurements with Elizabeth. We discussed everything regarding size to order in and alterations - which they do in-house (at a cost) but I feel confident they will tailor the dress perfectly as they wouldn't want their brand tarnished. Another great thing is they will only have my dress in just before my first fitting and I will take it home just before the wedding. In a city like Toronto (small condos!) I do not want the responsibility of storing my dress for any longer than necessary! Overall it was an amazing experience start to finish. So professional and made me feel like a princess. I have no issues putting my trust in Kleinfield's for the rest of my fittings etc. Definitely go if you get the opportunity.
