  • Great experience living here. I've rented homes in the past as well as lived in apartments. I lived in Building 11, upstairs in the 2nd development. Location - GREAT! You are close to almost everything... the mall, Target, Sprouts, Walmart, Costco, cinema, tons of restaurants, cafes, and more. Rent Cost - Very reasonable for the area ($880 for rent only - one bedroom). Noise - In an entire year, I heard my neighbors maybe 7 times. It was a quiet and peaceful place to live. It was the quietest place I've ever lived. Office - Office staff are GREAT. They are honest, professional and easy to work with. They always handled my requests quickly. Fitness Room - It's adequate and has the basics. If you want more, there are numerous gyms within 3 miles. Maintenance - These folks were outstanding. Every request was responded to quickly. They always had a smile on their face. Even one time, I had a string of small things that needed to be fixed. They fixes were done quickly. The maintenance guy even said, "Your happiness is important to us. Let us know if you need anything else."
