  • I'm a Gold Star Member and has been for many of years. I also have spent tens of thousands of dollars. Yesterday, I purchased 2 24 oz tumblers with lids at $28.04. These were purchased on my Stars card, but Starbucks refused to refund the amount back onto my Stars card. They issued me a store credit card. I called the 1 800 # and their policy is they don't care.
