  • I wish I had read some of the reviews regarding this dealership and the lack of ethics Nader Ghobrial provides before driving an hour each way to potentially purchase a vehicle! I received an online quote using Edmunds.com listing a specific price from this dealership including the vehicle specs and Vin#. After receiving the quote I immediately received an email from Nader Ghobrial (Internet manager) asking how serious I was about purchase this vehicle. I replied stating that if the vehicle listed (again provided the Vin#) was still available, at the price quoted on line (again quoting the cost), I would be very interested in purchasing the vehicle that evening. We agreed to meet that night at the dealership (quite the drive from far North Phoenix to East Mesa). I provided my cell phone number and email address for him to contact me with any issues. Three hours later I arrived at the dealership at the time agreed upon to find out the deal he agreed to in writing (I have the email if anyone would like to view) was not valid. He claimed an error was made on the website quoting the price. He had no response as to why he agreed to the deal and even quoted the price in the email other than he could offer me some great deals on a much more expensive model. You would think someone with such a prestigious title as "Internet Manager" would have sold other Q40's in the past and would have realized the price he agreed to in writing was incorrect." Appears to me this car dealer/dealership defines the quintessential "bait and switch" technique or the definition of an "unscrupulous salesman." On a more positive note for Infiniti....Camelback location was able to honor a similar deal with no hassle and no gimmicks! Purchased the vehicle that evening!
