  • What a life saver. I was recommended to this place by my beloved mechanic (Blackwell Auto) after I had 2 unfortunate incidents with my car (one was caused by a flood, the other was a super minor accident) that damaged the wheel well and the front bumper. I was literally holding the wheel well on with a zip-tie and my bumper was coming off the side and looking sad and dented. I brought it in to USA Collision this afternoon and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was incredible. When the owner (who is such a wonderful, nice person!) assessed the work he said it might take a few hours, but I explained that I didn't live anywhere near (30 solid minutes one way) and he said he would see if they could just fit it in right then - and they did! I was in and out with a fixed wheel well and bumper just like that. And it was totally affordable. This was truly a wonderful experience with a trustworthy service and I will definitely be back should I ever get unlucky with my driving again (though let's hope not!).
