  • Beware of this company! Fraud & did really bad job. They said the job will take 2 and 1/2 days and it ended up being 5 days, extra nights for us to sleep on the couch. They did bad job on my master bedroom and 2 bathrooms flooring. Some of the floor they installed were raised, not smooth. They didn't installed the floor all the way to the wall, still big gap (even baseboard won't cover it). They destroyed my original baseboards. This caused us more time to money to finish their job. We had to get new baseboards and cutter to cut the tiles and we had to install it by ourselves. We tried to call them to voice our complaint once the workers left the house and the woman who answered the phone was very rude, not apologetic at all and they did not send someone to inspect the job to verify what we told them. The job was $4,560 same as cash for 12 months, we signed the paper and they opened a new credit line for us. To top it of; they are a fraud. They also charged $7,560 to our credit card, unauthorized. They took our credit card number during the application for new credit line. It's been 5 months and we still working on dealing with citibank for this $7,560 fraudulent charge.
