  • Shopping for a car at Volvo of Charlotte was such a pleasant experience. My husband and I did not feel pressured at all. We test drove a few vehicles including the XC60 and XC90. We loved the XC60. We continued to look at other cars/dealerships for a few more weeks, however, we ultimately kept coming back to the XC60. Gary Shaw helped us both times we were there. We gave him specific details about the car we wanted and he was able to meet our needs while providing exemplary customer service. He is extremely personable, educational, and such a pleasure to work with. I recommend seeing him when you visit Volvo.
