  • If you are sick and would like to get better, don't go to this urgent care. I went in because I was experiencing dizziness. The assistant was coughing all over me and the instruments. She gave me a strep test and jabbed at my tonsils. I thought they were going to start bleeding. She performed an EKG and couldn't get the sticky's to stay put. She clearly doesn't like her job, and is taking it out on the patients coming in. She was very rude and cold. I didn't go in for a cold or flu, but am having cold symptoms now. If your assistance's are sick, they should stay home. The NP was great, but could tell she didn't want to catch anything because she wore a mask over her mouth the first part of my exam. Then took it off towards the end. You should hand those out to your patients, so they don't get what your assistants have. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to that Urgent care ever again.
