  • Finally, a real bakery. I have been trying to find good croissants in Pittsburgh and La Gourmandie did not disappoint. I had a ham and cheese croissant that was nice and buttery. Definitely going back to try the pastries, which look phenomenal. I only wish there was a place to sit and enjoy, although if it is a nice day, it's a good spot to walk around. Coffee wasn't great, so maybe go to Espresso A Mano for a nice cappuccino first.
