  • My 82 yr old Dad called about a truck he was interested in and spoke with Taff (didn't get his last name). Told my Dad to come down and he'd show him the truck. I went with my Dad and when we got there, Taff greeted us, even though he was with another customer and said Cody would be helping us. (Again, I didn't get Cody's last name). Cody was the most helpful, pleasant, funny sales guy!! He knew we were in a hurry and he was LITERALLY running back and forth to get a price my Dad wanted to pay. In the meantime, Taff finished up with his customer and made sure to check in to see if things were going well, which they were. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the darned wait for the paperwork! This was a cash transaction...no financing...but we still had to wait TWO HOURS for the paperwork to be drawn up. I have never understood why this process takes so long. And after Taff and Cody were so accommodating and did their best not to make us wait, I was really hoping the rest of the process would be just as smooth. But we were terribly disappointed in that phase of the process. My hat's off to Cody and Taff! I hope they get recognized for their "above and beyond" service. But I wag a finger at the paperwork department for their lack of efficiency.
