  • I have had no problems with this place. We have been here 15 months and now we are moving into a house. The only reason we are moving is because we are expanding our family. These are the most spacious floor plans you will find in Vegas. Office is always helpful and repairs are usually fixed the same day. To the lady that complained about them not accepting rent unless it was paid in full: really? I don't know anyone who accepts partial payments. Don't get something if you can't afford it! I would recommend this place to anyone. Most people complain because they don't read their lease. Read before you sign. 60 days move out notice etc. AC is loud, but most are in this area. AC works very well! Closets are huge! Pools are very nice and there is a nice park across the street. Plenty of parking.
