| - I brought my '08 Honda accord here for some minor things and was so satisfied that when my wife needed a new car, we came in and got her a 2015 Civic. She really wanted a few features (backup camera, right lane camera, etc). We worked with someone who took the time to explain the trim levels to us so we could get exactly the features she needed. Shortly before we decided on which car for her Scott came out and introduced himself, we ended up talking about his insight helped us finalized on the trim level we wanted (we went with the EX).
We got her the car and color she likes, with all of the features she wanted.
Then a few months later my car (the '08 accord) was totalled, we had it brought to their local body shop (behind their other dealership, next door), and they were great too. The first things they asked were "Is everyone okay?" (Yes, the car was unoccupied by us, fortunately... and the other driver was well enough to drive away.) That was a nice touch on a stressful situation.
Anyway, after we got the insurance bit worked out, we went back to purchase another vehicle. This time we worked with Nate, who walked us through a dozen different models of cars while I waffled between them, with saint-like patience. He didn't even mind when at the last minute I had to try another vehicle just to make sure, one more time. Around this time Scott wandered by and happened to recognize us after a brief introduction, which I didn't expect.
Eventually, I got around to deciding on a CR-V, and I had pretty well decided on a trim level (I like my wife's EX, and don't need leather) so Nate walked us through the features and made sure all of our needs were met. Very shortly after making our final decision, we were going through the paperwork. It was great, Eric walked us through everything. I was actually surprised at how quickly everything was ready for us, I thought it went quickly with my wife's car the first time, but this was quicker.
Anyway, on to the meat of the matter, I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They're amazing.
