  • Used them to do my pool inspection when I bought my new house. Then about 4 months later I called them to start cleaning the pool (turns out the pool filter had holes in every stage of it so when I was cleaning it the filter wasn't doing much except filtering back in nasty water). I didn't heard back from them so I called again the next week and was told they would pass my info on to the owner who is good at responding. I still didn't hear back and hence brought in a new pool guy to work on the pool. Since then I have had two different pool guys from R&R show up weeks apart to clean my pool without ever contacting me to schedule it. To make things worse I called in to let them know I wasn't going to use their service after the first one randomly showed up and I had the second guy show up this morning looking to clean my pool. I'm more than annoyed.
