  • The baklava here is lovely, so much variety and very delicious. Based on taste alone, I'd rate them 4 stars. Unfortunately, we had a really bad customer service experience here. We ordered half a kilo of baklava and the girl helping us kept rolling her eyes at me and giving us terrible attitude as we picked out the ones we wanted. She was being condescending every time she spoke to us. We didn't ask to sample anything and were really quick with our selection. Seemed like she was not happy that we wanted to choose our baklava instead of letting her choose an assortment, like she had better things to do than to help us. I will come back again for the baklava but will keep my expectations low for customer service.
