  • Great Customer Service! Ken greeted me right as I walked into the store. After doing online research, I told Ken exactly what I wanted & the price that was listed online. Ken took me right to the showroom. I found the exact sectional couch I wanted & the in store price was lower than the online quote. Then, Ken escorted me down to the office where I filled out the paperwork. Ken was patient with all the questions I had regarding my new purchase. Furthermore Ken explained ever aspect of the warranty until I clearly understood all the aspects of my new furniture. Since my couch was in stock at the warehouse, I was able to have it delivered the next day. The delivery crew arrived before their predicted time slot & quickly set up my new couch. These men deserved to be tipped well for their professionalism & teamwork! Great experience all around. I love my new sectional couch!
