| - Caveat: Lee has been patronizing this business for a number of years, so I had a little bit of bias going into this place. I figure, he's been riding for 20 years, and he drives all the way from Etobicoke to patronize this store, so he knows what he's talking about.
And I was happy to find that they are indeed a good place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know their bikes. Their major manufacturers are Trek, Giant, and Diamondback. I already knew what I wanted, which the salesguy understood, and they actually had to pull a 17" bike out of the back for me. I realized it was a 2014 model, which was actually great, because it is a better model than the 2015. He got it all set up for me, and I was able to take it for a spin around the parking lot to make sure that I was totally happy with it, which I was.
One thing they could work on is a more efficient customer wrangling. Things were a little bit chaotic with a lot of people in there, shopping for bikes, needing repairs, and the counter was hard to manage -- I ended up filling out the sales slip for the guy.
They also offer a free year of maintenance with any purchase, which is pretty standard now, but something I really appreciate. I'll definitely be back!
