I've been here 5 times (maybe 6?) over the past 3 years, and I keep coming back year after year!
Canada's Wonderland is really the best amusement park to go to if you're from a little city like London.
There are so many rides and roller coasters, a water park, kids zone, and there's something for everyone.
Pros:
- Lots of awesome rides
- Clean park
- Festive
- Tickets are reasonably priced
Cons:
- Parking is pretty darn expensive
- Busy on weekends (as expected)
Tips:
- If you're going on a weekend, make sure to buy your tickets ahead of time online. The lineup to purchase tickets at the door are sometimes longer than the lineups for the big roller coasters
- If you're driving for a few hours, pack a lunch and dinner to save some money. A meal inside this place could easy cost $20 for something basic and normally cheap like a burger
- Wear comfy shoes, wear layers (in case it gets hot or cold), and don't forget the sunscreen!
