  • Honestly.... The system in which this hospital runs is ridiculous! People who are simply picking up results are asked to wait in the same emerg line that patients wait in who are waiting for a doctor and medical attention? Makes no sense! All I wanted was to pick up a paper. Aside from this, the wait times are ridiculous... 5-6 hours minimum, the equipment and interior is so outdated and old, the doctors don't know what they are doing...they are very unintelligent, they make sick patients PAY for parking, and to top it all off (which is the biggest disappointment in my eyes) the nurses are UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Honestly I am disgusted, embarrassed, and ashamed to reside in the same town as this hospital....if you can drive the extra kilometres to a different hospital in Scarborough or Oshawa... I HIGHLY recommend you do so.
