I love the busy atmosphere of push-cart dim sum. But when I'm sitting there eating and seeing the same food lap the room again and again, I wonder how long the stuff I'm having has been sitting out. Noble is a la carte dim sum. It's made fresh and you can taste the difference. It's a little more expensive (barely!) than the neighboring places in Chinatown, but serves quality ingredients with noticeably better seafood. They have the best har gao!
I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that they've recently changed their hot sauce to a worse brand. It's just not the same.
