  • We stayed for one night. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. We arrived close to 11pm on a Tuesday and the person at the desk was either sleeping, tired or just plain disinterested and that was the greeting vibe we got. We asked if there was a place within walking distance to grab a bite and she told us the market would be closing in 10 minutes. Thanks for nothing. We were seriously jetlagged and we didnt want to wander aimlessly so we just went to the room. The room was great with an efficiency kitchenette, sizable bathroom and very comfortable bed and sleeper sofa so one star. The next morning, we saw that the hotel is a few blocks away from the strip and very convenient to lots of things, so two stars. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but we didn't know that until we went to it. It is definitely a family friendly hotel and it caters to long term visitors so three stars. If stay there again because of the location and amenities... just work on that customer service!
