  • Just wanted to acknowledge the wonderful experience I had at this Casino! More specifically, your beverage manager Jeff.. during a friendly interaction he introduced himself and answered all of our questions. He was sincerely concerned about our visit and spent time getting to know us and talking about the many amenities available. All it took was this interaction with him and we will definitely be visiting next time we return to Las Vegas. It seems in a time we're customer is not what it used to be..our faith has been restored! If anyone in higher management reads this... your Beverage Manager on nights deserves credit , where credit is due! Five stars all the way!!!!
