  • I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with my realtor Shane Nguyen who recently helped me find my current home. Shane made home shopping fun and incredibly easy. It started with a consultation at his office where he asked some initial questions to get a feel for my preferences and budget. Then he set up an account for me on his website so I could get daily email updates when new houses that met my criteria became available. Then the fun part began - house shopping! We visited many homes and Shane was always punctual or would call me if he would be a few minutes late. I understand he has many clients and appointments that sometimes run over but I appreciated this nice gesture. I felt Shane was very objective the whole time and really wanted the best home for me opposed to making a quick sale. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive home or feel rushed at any time. After the house closed Shane has still been very involved to make sure I scheduled follow up repair appointments, received my garage remotes, registered with the HOA, serviced my pool, etc. He has always been very responsive and somehow manages to juggle multiple clients while at the same time providing top notch customer service to everyone. I fully recommend Shane for anyone buying or selling a home and will be calling him when I am ready to purchase my next investment property. You are in good hands with Shane and his real Las Vegas estate experience and hard work ethic! One more thing - Shane's style is second to none. This guy is straight out of GQ magazine!k
