We had a furnace installed almost ten years ago with a ten year parts and labor warranty. Problem last fall that was repaired. Problem with y the service call being billed as routine servicing. Was resolved after appealing to management.
Also had an new AC u n it installed last fall. Tech said due to temp on State of installation the unit might not be fully charged. Unit did not cool when turned on this season. Called and was left with the strong impression this service would be billed. Appealed to management and was told person that took the call was in error.
No problem with units or service personnel, but customer service for people taking calls is not good. They clearly do not understand the difference between routine work a nd warranty work. That is the reason for less than five stars.
