  • When this theater first opened it was pristine! This is the only place my husband will go to now because of the seats and the refreshments are better than anywhere else in town! I grew up going to the theater that was in place before this and it was such an improvement! However-the reason I am only giving 3 stars is as follows: lack of cleanliness. *I will absolutely change my review to 5 stars if things are fixed!* We went to see Star Wars, twice. We were in Theater 7 both times. The first time was on December 22nd and the second time was tonight (January 5th.) Our first visit in December I noticed the theater wasn't swept or really picked up after the previous showing let out. I figured it was the holiday season and Star Wars is popular so popcorn on my seat from a previous customer and popcorn all over the floor didn't seem that bad. This second visit was just as messy. Popcorn everywhere, a napkin lodged into my reserved seat, the hallways were messy and the women's restroom had debris on the floor after our movie let out (about 11:45pm- closing time?) There were plenty of people working tonight, it seemed, why isn't anyone doing side work/ closing duties? Hoping someone in management sees this to bring the place back up to where it was when it opened. We love this place and want to keep watching movies here- but you've got to keep it clean or it will be like every other sticky floored movie theater everywhere else. Gross.
