  • The representatives in the office are incompetent. When I met with the technician we agreed to have my monthly payments automatically taken out of my checking account. The first few months the payments came out. After that I received a call and email from someone In the office stating I had a bill that needed to be paid for the month. I explained to her that I had automatic payments but paid and told her to re set up the automatic payments. She said she would. The next month comes and again I get a call and email saying they never received my payment. I again told her I was supposed to have them automatically come out of my account and forwarded her the emails. She said she would fix the issue and moving forward they would come out of my account. THE NEXT MONTH I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AND EMAIL. I was so annoyed I decided to cancel the service but still had to pay the cancellation fee and that months payment. I would never recommend such horrible service to anyone. Do not hire this company!!! They were also very unprofessional and rude.
