Update. So after contacting customer service I was connected to Jennifer. She was very good with staying in touch with me all week. Yesterday Matt was out and did all of the adjustments to our door. The door looks to be pretty bug tight now like our front door is. I had a different customer service experience than others have posted on here. My problems were taken care of in a timely manner. I just wanted to let people know that customer service handled everything very well this week. Hopefully they will continue to get better with that and provide the good customer service I had this week.
