  • Had a 9:00 am appointment- person who runs clinic did not show up until after 9 and walked by me without saying anything. Then kept me waiting and put a sign on door "with patient" when I was only person in store. Horrible customer service. At a bare minimum should have been acknowledged that I was waiting. Why have a 9 am appointment if person who runs clinic can't show up until after 9 am. I knocked on door at 9:25. Nurse was rude and blamed it on computer problems.
