  • Our new home needed a few updates and upgrades to the interior. One being new tile for our entryway and dinning room. On June 4th we put in an order for the tile with "Carpets N More." it was supposed to be delivered a week later and our contractor scheduled work for it. It wasn't delivered and we had no call. We made contact with the agent at the store. He had no answer for us. He took a whole day to look into it and never called back. My wife called him the next day and his response was that the order was never made. When asked why, his response was, "I don't know what to tell you." Since the order was supposed to come from California it would take another week. A message was left at the Managers office to please call us about the issue. They never called us back. A week later and still no delivery. They said Wednesday, then pushed it to Thursday morning. After more calls and messages left with no return calls, we finally receive a call from the delivery driver. Our contractor wasted three work days because of these people and our completion schedule was set back over a full week and a half. Never again. Very out of character for service in Las Vegas. Since being here, we can count on one hand when we weren't happy with service here. Carpets N More was definitely the worst for us. If there was an option for Zero stars or negative Stars, I would have given that.
