Not only is the staff unhelpful, but most the shoppers here are also derpy.
My experience at Michael's is definitely impressive in all the wrong ways. I came in looking for pink/red envelopes. They don't even carry a simple common crafty item, so I had to buy a whole pack of multicolored envelopes.
I waited for 15 minutes in line because of incompetent shoppers who decided to get in line before getting all their items. The worst part are the cashiers who don't care about how long their lines get from all the delays. Rather than voiding the current shopper's cart to help other customers, they just make everyone wait. When one of the shoppers apologized to the cashier for causing delay, the cashier's response was "Don't worry about it. They can wait."
I came back to return the pack of envelopes hoping I just had an uncommon experience, but the line was at least 10 shoppers long with only two lines open.
I'd rather support Wal-Mart since they can at least do something as simple as manage a line.
