  • Discount Tire Co. is the only place I would ever buy tires. I send my lady friends and female family members to DTC without fear they will be ripped off. DTC was built on honesty integrity and doing right by the customer. These negative reviews about wait times with an appointment are probably from people that have either never worked a day in their life or certainly never in a high paced retail environment where a lot is out of the control of the business itself. patience is a virtue and to get good service done right I'll wait a bit longer. People know it is by far the fairest prices and best service in the industry that's why it busy unlike Julio's llantera down the street. And for people saying they weren't treated nicely or fairly, you probably need to be a little nicer to the people your asking favors from. If you go in being rude or demanding I would make you wait also.
