  • Employees are gteat. They are very friendly; Julia in the Club Room on 7 is fabulous. Unfortunately, we sat in a hot tub that had no bubbles. We talked to the front desk and nothing happened. Also, our room had no mini-fridge although the room next door had one. The grout in the bathroom desperately needed to be cleaned and de-molded. The location is convenient but rooms seem old and tired.
