  • I have used Dose Movers four times in the past and they started off good but got progressively worse; to the point that I will never use them again. They started sending young guys probably in their early 20's with no respect for my property. The last move I asked for additional insurance for my belongings, the young kid in charge said it was too late I had to arrange it prior with the office. I asked that he be careful especially with my brand new 65" tv. Well this didn't work out so well they ended up taking my tv stand off in order for it to fit on the truck they did wrap it well but when they set it in the new house they set it on the tv stand using only one of four screws which they failed to tighten. When the cable guy came to install cable he barely touched the tv and bang it fell off the stand and was smashed beyond repair. To add insult to injury they gave me $34.90 toward replacement of a $1200 tv. No apologies no acceptance of responsibility. This was just plain negligence. I work for an airline that hires and relocated thousands of agents. I will NEVER recommend Dose to anyone. They also locked my tool chest and locked the key claiming that they don't touch keys. Dose I'm over you. Never again So why didn't you offer the insurance when move was booked. No mention of it on your end. And still no apology.
