Then prepare to spend a large percentage of your day on the phone when there are problems, like when they send two modems and overcharge you. Next, prepare to be lied to when they tell you that you will receive a $10 a month discount for signing up for auto-pay. To resolve this, you will need to take a day off work to be transferred to 10 different idiots before you finally get one idiot who appears to be intelligent...only to be lied to AGAIN.
