  • I bought my place in December of 2012 and since then I have called the police 5 times because of the noise my neighbor makes when he takes the wood off the walls in his home and 1 day later he puts it back on. He has gutted his entire home. In April of 2013 I smelled gas and called the gas company and they came out and found he cut threw the lines so they capped off the line and took his meter. I have ask the manager what can be done and her words were her hands were tied and I should call the police. I have found him looking in my front door front his driveway and was told by the police as long as he is in his yard there is nothing they can do. I am fed up but don't know what to do . I love my home and the park is ok cause I keep to myself and stay out of the drama.
