Wife signed me up. Groan, but arguably a good idea. I recently had major back surgery and I am carrying around a lot of rods and screws. Although mostly fused, I have to be careful. They sold her on four one hour sessions with a trainer to work with me. Safety and all. So we booked my initial assessment. Took two weeks to get a window that worked. On the day of the assessment, the trainer Justin never showed up. Initially upon arrival they told me have a seat he will be in shortly. Then I see them calling him. A moment later the tell me "We show you booked for next week". I pulled out the appointment card they gave me that said today 9:00AM. No good. I was sent packing. The next week same thing. Asked to sit. Justin is on his way in. Phone call to Justin. This time, we show you in two hours later. Apparently Justin cannot be bothered with showing up to work on time. I'm a contractor. Cumulatively, I lost five hours pay. This is unacceptable. They never even apologized. I told them to forget the assessment. I asked my wife to cancel the trainer sessions today. Justin refused. I wrote a complaint on my hire web site. There is no published direct contact. I heard nothing back. If I handled my business this way I would be fired.
