  • This is the second time coming to The Breadfruit. The first time was just for drinks. This time I got the full experience. I loved it. I was out celebrating my 27th birthday with my sister, we made reservations although it wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, we went early, around 7pm, they open at 5pm. We sat outside at the tables in front. The waiter was very knowledgeable in regards to the food and drinks, and he gave some really good recommendations. I decided on the red strip curried prawns and shim sham as my drink. I was recommend both. It was very affordable as well. The owner stopped by all of the tables which I thought was great. Made you feel very comfortable. They had great Caribbean music playing in the background. The waiter wasn't overbearing, although he did take a little long to pick up my card as we were waiting to leave. But they gave me a free slice of pie on the house, idk if it was bc it was my birthday or if it was bc my sister use to be their health inspector lol. Great place. Definitely recommend it!
